Reflecting the increase in valuation previously disclosed to the market. The size of the required capital raising for the development of the property located at 139 Bunya Road, Arana Hills, QLD 4054 is expected to be reduced.
Acknowledging some timing differences with investor applications, the Trustee has made the decision to remove the minimum subscription amount contemplated on page 8 of the NorthRock Opportunity Fund – Arana Hills Information Memorandum dated 9 April 2024.
The change to minimum subscription amount is not expected to impact the target pre-tax return of 15% per annum on invested money for the term of the Fund, net of fees and costs but excluding tax, while preserving Investor capital.
