The tenant for Lot 1, a global gym brand, has progressed to the second stage, design. The design stage is one step closer to finalisation of the end lease and demonstrates the strength of commitment from the proposed tenant for the site.
The Trustee is seeking to deliver investors a pre-tax return of 15% per annum on their investment money for the term of the Fund, net of fees and costs but excluding tax, while preserving Investor capital.
